Modifying a table

When you modify a field, trigger, or index structure, you modify the table.

To modify a table definition:

Choose Schema Modify Table. The Data Dictionary alphabetically lists all the tables defined for your database.
Select the table you want to modify. The Data Dictionary displays the Modify Table dialog box.
Modify the table definition.

Choose OK. A list of options appears.
Choose A to apply the changes to your database.
